Spring
The status is assigned upon registration in the loyalty program.
Privileges of the Participant status Spring:
- Welcome 500 points;
- Accrual of points for staying at the recreation center;

- 1000 points per Birthday;
- The validity period of the points is 12 months after accrual.

Summer
The status is awarded after staying 10 nights at our recreation center, or accumulating 15,000 points, or when paying a total amount of 150,000 rubles for accommodation.
Privileges of the Participant status Summer:
- All privileges of the Spring status;
- Welcome gift upon check-in;
- Possibility of late check-out before 14:00, subject to availability of houses;
- Possibility to pay with up to 10% points from the booking price;
- The validity period of the points is 18 months.

Autumn
The status is awarded after staying 20 nights at the recreation center, either when accumulating 30,000 points, or when paying a total of 300,000 rubles for accommodation.
Privileges of the Participant status Autumn:
- All privileges of the Summer status;
- Possibility of early check-in if there are available houses;
- Possibility to pay with points for late check-out;
- The ability to pay up to 20% in points from the booking price;
- The validity period of the points is 24 months.

Winter
The status is awarded after staying 30 nights at the recreation center, or accumulating 50,000 points, or when paying a total of 500,000 rubles for accommodation.
Privileges of the Participant status Winter:
- All privileges of the Autumn status;
- A birthday present;
- Free accommodation with pets;
- Discounts on transfer orders (discount depends on the class of car);
- One-time free registration of any of your holidays (Birthday, wedding, proposal, anniversary).
- Unlimited validity of points.

It is possible to pay up to 30% of the booking price with points (the percentage depends on your level in the loyalty program).

Scoring points
- For registration in the program - receive 500 welcome points for registration in your personal account.
- For accommodation - 500 points are awarded for each booking. Further charges depend on the number of nights spent at the recreation center: from 4 nights - 1000 points; from 6 nights - 2000 points; from 8 nights - 4000 points.
- On the guest's birthday - celebrate your birthday with us, and receive 1000 points in honor of your holiday when booking!
- Bring a friend - invite new guests and get 500 points for each booked house.
- For participation in promotions - individual accruals within the framework of special offers (for example, for the birthday of a recreation center or seasonal promotions).
- For the purchase of a gift certificate - purchase a certificate for accommodation as a gift online, and you will receive 500 points.
- For social media activity - participate in sweepstakes, contests or become the most active participant of the month and receive additional bonuses.

It is possible to use points when booking on the website or making a preliminary call!
With the help of accumulated points, the participant can partially pay for accommodation at the recreation center. Pay with points from 10% to 30% of the cost of accommodation, depending on your level of participation in the loyalty program.
1 point = 1 ruble
- Points are awarded 5 days after staying at the recreation center;
- Deduction is only possible for subsequent bookings;
- In case of any cancellation, the points will not be refunded to the guest;
- It is not possible to use points to pay for additional services at the recreation center;
- Points can only be used to pay for the current rates for accommodation;
